Data Deletion Policy

This Data Deletion Policy (“Policy”) describes how you can request the deletion of your personal data from name.krd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and what to expect when you make such a request.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all personal information you have provided to us through your name.krd account, including but not limited to:

• Profile and account details

• Listings and transaction history

• Chat messages and support inquiries

It does not apply to anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, nor does it override any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.

2. How to Request Deletion

1. Submit Your Request
   Email us at info@name.krd with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” In your message, please include:

   • The email address or phone number associated with your account

   • A clear statement that you wish to have your personal data deleted

2. Verify Your Identity
   To protect your privacy, we will send a one-time password (OTP) via WhatsApp or email to confirm that you own the account in question.

3. What Will Be Deleted

Once verified, we will delete or permanently anonymize your data in our active systems, including:

• Your profile information and account credentials

• All listings you created (domains, phone numbers, car plates, etc.)

• Transaction records related to your listing package purchases

• Chat transcripts and support messages

4. Timeline

We aim to complete all verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. If we require additional time for legal or technical reasons, we will inform you of:

• The reason for the delay

• The expected completion date

5. Exceptions & Legal Retention

Certain data may not be fully deleted if we are required by law or for legitimate business purposes to retain it. These exceptions include:

• Legal Obligations: Records needed for tax, audit, or regulatory compliance

• Fraud Prevention: Information necessary to detect, prevent, or investigate fraud

• Dispute Resolution: Data required to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, we will retain only the minimum information required and ensure it is securely stored.

6. Confirmation of Deletion

When your request has been fully processed, we will send you a confirmation email stating:

• Which data was deleted

• Any data we were legally obliged to retain and the reason
